As a Production Partner, you prepare ingredients for our Production teams, ensuring accuracy, safety and quality. Now Hiring:
FT Production Partner for day-shift Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 6am - 2pm and Fridays 6am - 1pm. Option to pick up a Monday or Wednesday shift as well. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act with integrity, transparency, and knowledge to promote the Homegrown Artisan Premades mission, vision and values
  • Prepare ingredients for production teams by following specific recipes and measurements
  • Ensure high cleanliness standards are met and maintained in the work area
  • Ensure food safety guidelines are met and maintained, including food temperature 
  • Ensure inventory is rotated properly and to standards
  • Work closely with team; understand expectations of each position and how they work together to achieve accuracy and speed of production
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with peers and leaders
  • Receive regular feedback and improve performance in accordance with company standards
  • Follow operational policies and procedures, and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
 Qualifications:
  • Experience working with food preparations for commercial food production facility or professional kitchen preferred
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Ability to take direction, learn quickly and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a regular and punctual attendance during scheduled shifts
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly with focus on accuracy 
  • Understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) - Will train
